1. Information We Collect

Asiyst ("we", "our", or "us") provides a website AI assistant platform. In operating our platform and SDK, we collect information necessary to provide, optimize, and secure interactive avatar guidance sessions for website developers and their visitors.

  • Developer Account Data: Name, email address, company details, hashed passwords, encrypted API keys, and subscription information.
  • Website & SDK Telemetry: Anonymized session identifiers, page URLs visited, element interaction events, response timing, device type, and browser user-agent string.
  • Conversation Data: Visitor text prompts, AI assistant responses, and executed guidance action steps.

2. How We Use Information

We process data strictly to render the interactive 3D avatar assistant on developer websites, index knowledge base documents, generate AI responses, generate dashboard analytics, and protect against security abuse.

3. AI Provider Credentials & Data Security

Customer API keys (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. API secret keys are never transmitted to client-side browsers or logged in plain text.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Developers control retention schedules for visitor conversation transcripts. You may export or delete your project data at any time via the Asiyst Dashboard settings.
